Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
All items are made-to-order and personalized for you. Once production on your custom cup has finished, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order (and before production starts) to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

Cancellation before production: A full refund will be provided if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before work on your cup has started.

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, printing errors) or is damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.
No refunds will be issued for:

Completed orders (once the cup has been made).

Changes of mind, disliking design/color post-purchase, or sizing errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
Claims & Defects
To file a claim, email us at Erikascreations7@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order number.

Clear photos/video of the issue.

A brief description of the problem.
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria or result from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Final Notes
By purchasing, you agree to this policy. Custom items cannot be resold, and we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
