At Erika's Creative Creations, we aim to deliver your custom items safely and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping process:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing includes finalizing designs, quality checks, and packaging. Delays may occur during peak seasons, but we will notify you promptly if your order timeline is affected.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. & Canada)
Carriers: USPS or UPS.
Economy Shipping: Affordable flat-rate service with delivery in 5–10 business days. Includes basic tracking.
Standard Shipping: Faster flat-rate service with delivery in 2–5 business days. Includes tracking and insurance up to $100.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged as a flat rate, calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service (Economy or Standard).
International rates are higher due to carrier fees and logistics.
Holidays & Delays
Processing and shipping times exclude major U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s). During peak seasons (November–January), we recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
